Terms & Agreement for Cari Merriam Digital Products
By registering for or purchasing any digital product, master class, or recorded certification program offered by Cari Merriam ("Facilitator") through platforms such as ThriveCart, you ("Participant") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Refund & Transfer Policy
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By registering, you acknowledge that all sales are final regardless of your level of participation or completion.

2. Eligibility & Participation
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are voluntarily participating in the program at your own risk. You are responsible for determining your fitness and readiness—physically, emotionally, and mentally—for the practices involved.

3. Health & Well-being Disclaimer
The digital content may include breathwork, yoga, meditation, and other healing modalities. These are educational in nature and are not intended as medical advice or therapy. Participants are advised to consult with a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new practices.

4. Voluntary Participation & Results Disclaimer
You understand that participation is voluntary and that no guarantees of outcomes or results are made. The responsibility for progress and implementation lies with you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials—videos, audio, text, exercises, methodologies—are the exclusive property of Cari Merriam. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, teach, or modify these materials without written permission.

6. Prohibited Use
You may not share, record, screenshot, or distribute any part of the content without explicit written consent. Unauthorized use may result in immediate removal and legal action.

7. Legal Enforcement & Indemnification
Any misuse or violation of these terms may result in legal consequences. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Facilitator and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your participation.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Berlin, Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties.
